What this notice covers
This notice describes information handled by the rebuilt Summit Peak Property Management website and its general inquiry form. It does not describe separate rental applications, screening services, resident portals, or records governed by a lease or management agreement. Ask Summit Peak for the privacy information that applies before using those services.
The inquiry form currently saves submissions on the computer running this website. It does not automatically email them to Summit Peak or send them to a customer-management service. To contact Summit Peak directly, call 719-623-7432 or email contact@summitpeakpm.com.
Information you provide
When you submit the inquiry form, the website records your name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic, and message. It also adds a submission identifier and the time received. Anything you choose to include in your message becomes part of that inquiry.
The form does not request a Social Security number, bank details, payment-card information, military orders, identification documents, or a full rental application. Please do not include those items. Use only a document-submission method confirmed directly by Summit Peak.
If you contact Summit Peak by phone or email instead, you provide information through those communication channels and their service providers.
Why information is collected
The inquiry form is intended to help Summit Peak understand a property-management or rental question, keep a record of the conversation, and follow up through the contact details you provide. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or an automated marketing campaign.
In this preview, submitted information is saved for review. You can browse the service pages, Q&A, and guides without submitting the form.
Storage, access, and retention
Saved inquiries are kept outside the website’s public pages. The website does not provide a public page or download link for submissions. People with access to the computer or server and its stored files may be able to access the records.
There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Saved inquiries remain until they are manually removed. Contact Summit Peak to ask about an inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. If a request relates to other business records, applicable retention obligations may affect what can be removed.
The storage and access details in this notice will need to reflect the hosting and inquiry service used when the rebuilt website is launched.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to use the form, leave the optional phone field blank, or contact Summit Peak directly. To ask about access to your inquiry, correct information, or request deletion, email contact@summitpeakpm.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the email address used for the inquiry and enough detail to identify your request, but do not attach sensitive identification documents unless a suitable method is arranged.
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, additional privacy rights may apply. Verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. If you disagree with how a request is handled, use the same contact address to ask for a review. The Colorado Attorney General’s privacy resources explain the Colorado Privacy Act and when it applies.
Updates and contact
This notice may be revised as the website’s tools, hosting, or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
