MEET DARRYL CHAMPION

## Local experience. Personal accountability.

Darryl Champion is the owner and operator of Summit Peak Property Management. A U.S. Army veteran who served during Desert Storm, he brings a service-minded approach to the work of connecting property owners and renters.

With more than a decade in Colorado Springs real estate, Darryl understands that a rental is both an owner’s asset and a renter’s home. Summit Peak’s goal is to make the experience easier for both.

That means careful renter vetting, direct communication through Summit Peak, and someone responsible for helping the next step happen. Owners can step back from everyday renter conversations while residents know where to turn.
